Haydn graduated from The University of South Australia back in 2011, and has since combined his love of travel with Physiotherapy. Haydn has lived and worked interstate in The Northern Territory and Victoria, and internationally in The United Kingdom. This has allowed Haydn to develop a wide range of unique skills from all over the world, that he is excited to be bringing back to Adelaide, and the clients of Physio To Wellness.
Haydn has gained great experience within the Orthopaedic fields having worked with trauma and post-surgical clients at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Primarily though, Haydn’s interest lies where he has spent the majority of his professional career, in the Sports and Musculoskeletal fields of private practice. It’s in these fields that Haydn lists working with Commonwealth Games Athletes, and travelling as the Physiotherapist for two Northern Territory Hockey teams as they competed at the National Championships as highlights.
Haydn believes that there is no single treatment technique that works for everyone. Therefore a thorough assessment is essential in determining the root cause of a problem, providing a diagnosis, and developing a treatment plan. Haydn utilises a range of treatment techniques from hands on manual techniques, joint mobilisations, dry needling, and active rehabilitation to reduce pain, and improve function.
